Our focus
Our core focus is to raise and nurture STEM interests and career aspirations, especially among black, minority and disadvantaged youth.
At Reach for STEM, we are concerned with the entire STEM pipeline from education to career actualization.
We ensure this through our initiatives and collaborations which fall under one or more of these sub-areas:
- Discovery of STEM interests
- Selection of courses based on STEM interests
- Charting a career path tailored to suit your interests
- Acquisition of STEM skills for future workforce
- Guidance and mentorship for STEM careers
- Retaining STEM talent (through jobs and entrepreneurship)
